We work to display our products and pricing accurately, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and change or discontinue products at any time without notice. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email — this acknowledges receipt of your order, not final acceptance. We may cancel or limit any order (for example, suspected fraud or inventory issues); if we do, you'll be refunded in full. You agree to provide accurate, complete payment and shipping information. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Club House Threads name, logos, crest, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to Club House Threads and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (including tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for marketing and Site purposes, with attribution where practical.
