Refund policy
At Club House Threads, we want every piece to earn a permanent spot in your rotation. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging where possible.
To start a return, email orders@clubhousethreads.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — orders may ship from different fulfillment locations, and we'll make sure your return goes to the right place.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at orders@clubhousethreads.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want. That way your replacement isn't waiting on the return to process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. No need to return the defective item unless we ask.
Final Sale
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
