Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. International friends — we hear you. Sign up for our newsletter and you'll be the first to know when we expand.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Please note: during launches, drops, and holiday periods, processing may take a little longer. We'd rather get it right than rush it.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat standard rate calculated at checkout.
Multiple Packages
We partner with a curated network of premium suppliers, so items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages — each with its own tracking number. Don't worry if part of your order arrives first; the rest is on its way.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Need to fix a shipping address or change an order? Email orders@clubhousethreads.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually make changes if the order hasn't shipped yet — once it's in transit, we're at the mercy of the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early. Still missing after 48 hours? Contact us and we'll help track it down or make it right.
Club House Threads is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details.
